BERWYN, PA - The Berwyn Fire Company was dispatched at 1:34 p.m. today to the entrance of Valley Forge National Historical Park along Valley Forge Rd. in Tredyffrin Township for a motor vehicle collision.
Berwyn MICU 102, from the substation on Valley Forge Rd., was on scene within a matter of minutes. A total of two vehicles were involved in the crash on the busy stretch of roadway.
A total of 3 patients required transport to Paoli Hospital. An additional ambulance responded from the Berwyn Main Station and another from the Paoli Fire Company.
The Tredyffrin Township Police Department and National Park Rangers provided traffic control.
Berwyn EMS would handle another medical call at 2:35 p.m. at Trinity House Apartments in Easttown Township, while Radnor Fire Company EMS was needed to cover a call, at the same time, at LifeTime Athletic in Tredyffrin Township. |
