BERWYN, PA - The Berwyn Fire Company was dispatched at 8:51 p.m. to a vehicle fire in the area of Waterloo Rd. and Newtown Rd. in Easttown Township.

Berwyn Engine 2-3 / Assistant Chief 2 arrived with a Jeep on fire, along with the driver safely evacuated. The fire was quickly extinguished and the scene was cleared by 9:45 p.m.

The Easttown Township Police Department provided traffic control during the incident.

Berwyn EMS handled a medical emergency in Easttown Township, just prior to this fire response, while Paoli Fire Company EMS covered another call in Tredyffrin Township as crews were responding to the fire.
